Good staff, excellent amenities and location make this hotel a luxurious choice. the spacious rooms with exclusive facilities provided a relaxing stay. the Spa & wellness centre was fantastic with a refreshing swimming pool and sauna. the restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for special diets. the make-up services needs improvement. the lack of a shallow end in the pool could have been tricky for families with small children. Nevertheless, the private facilities and scenic sun terrace make up for it.

I absolutely adored the elegant and classic decor of the hotel. The grand chandeliers, plush seating areas, and ornate carpeting lent an air of sophistication that was simply enchanting. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent, with wide and well-lit hallways, comfortable seating areas, and conveniently located elevators making it easy for me to navigate the hotel without any difficulty.

A more considerate and respectful attitude from the children working there would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

It was the perfect theme park destination for families with children. The kids absolutely loved the interactive rides and experiencing the vibrant LEGO universe come to life.

My wife says that the hotel could have benefited from offering a more diverse kids' menu to cater to different dietary preferences.

The world's leading noodle restaurant presented diners with an extensive choice of freshly prepared dishes. Al Fresco, an award-winning Italian trattoria with a sunny outdoor terrace, offered mouthwatering delights. The Duty Manager's response to issues was impressive.

The pleasure of experiencing a false fire alarm at 3 o'clock in the morning was unforgettable.

The view from my room was amazing, overlooking the city skyline. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and was delicious. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay.

Great location, with an amazing view of the Museum of the Future. Nearest to the Gulfood exhibition. Hotel facilities were perfect. Staff was very cute and helpful, especially the receptionists Branden and Ron. Breakfast had many options with fresh bakery every day.

Club lounge and breakfast at Aldana restaurant are great. Privacy and cleanliness are well-maintained by housekeeping.

The staff's local taxi tip was invaluable. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, pool, massage. I keep coming back for my business trip, knowing I'll have everything I need and no regrets.

Everything is what I need and want.

I chose this hotel for attending a meeting because it provides a dedicated team to assist with arranging events in spacious meeting rooms or supreme ballroom which can accommodate up to 1,800 people. The large ballroom was the ideal place for a great night out with colleagues or friends after a long day at work.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with private meeting space.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in front of the Museum of the Future and just a short 5-minute walk to Dubai Mall. There were plenty of dining options nearby, including Starbucks, McDonald's, Subway, Tim Hortons, and Wagamama. We also appreciated the convenience of having taxis readily available at the entrance. The staff was fantastic, making us feel like celebrities. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. this hotel had everything we needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The location was excellent, well connected by metro, bus, and cabs. The staff, including Rehmat, Giri, Hari Prasad, Bala. The hotel, though old, was well-maintained and very clean. The room was massive with an awesome bathroom, instant hot water, and great cleansing products. a fantastic stay.

Great breakfast with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The gym and pool facilities were fantastic, great to keep up with our fitness routine during our city break. The central location of the hotel was also a great advantage, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit popular attractions.

The room had several maintenance issues, including a leaking kettle and slow-draining bathtub.
